Ricart Ford “OUT-OF-STATE” CUSTOMER CHECKLIST

To ensure your experience with us is-as enjoyable as possible, please bring the following required documents with you on your scheduled appointment day. Any questions, or concerns, please call us in advance at 614-836-6260.

To Do List & Documents to Bring:

• Your Valid & Current Drivers License, matching your current home address. If your driver's license does not reflect your current home address, please bring two(2) additional documents proving residence showing the new address: bank statement, monthly bill/statement for the following; cell phone, utility, insurance, or credit card.
• Proof of current Full Coverage Insurance on one of your vehicles.
• Proof of your monthly income: Copies of your two most recent Pay Stubs or Bank Statements.
• If trading in a vehicle, and the vehicle does not have a bank loan, you MUST bring the FREE & CLEAR TITLE. The name on the title, must match one of the individuals purchasing the new vehicle. If it does not, the person whose name is shown on the title as owner, must be present to sign-off on the trade-in. The current owner must produce legal state identification.
• If the vehicle you are trading-in has a current loan bank balance, you MUST bring a copy of the Current Vehicle’s Registration(please verify current and not expired) and/or the Title, if applicable.
• If you plan to put money down on your purchase, or intend to pay in-full, please bring a Cashiers Check, issued by a bank, for any amounts exceeding $2k. The maximum amount allowed as money down on a Credit or Debit Card is $2k.
• If you plan on applying for a bank loan to purchase/lease your new vehicle, please make sure you Unlock All Credit Report Holds/Freezes currently in place and prior to arrival.
